Shipping and Returns

Experience Olives and Grapes Shipping Schedule & Rates

All orders will be shipped via UPS for standard, residential addresses within the continental United States.  PO Boxes, Military Addresses and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be sent via USPS.  At this time, customers wishing to ship to such addresses must call the store (757) 410-3992 to order over the phone.

Orders received will be processed and delivered to our shipping carriers within 2-3 business days, not withstanding any order processing issues.  The shipping carrier’s standard delivery times then apply.   To estimate your product arrival, please allow 2-3 business days of processing time PLUS estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for most shipments.

If product must arrive by a specific date, please call us at 1-757-410-3992 to review the available shipping options at the most affordable rates.

If there are any questions at all regarding shipping, please give us a call and we will work to answer your questions and accommodate any reasonable requests.

Areas and Rates

 Flat Rate Shipping is available in the Continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses must call the store (1-757-410-3992) to place their order over the phone. 


Our On-line Return Policy

Due to freshness of our oil and vinegar products and limited availability of select products, returns will be honored within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date by our shipping carriers.  If you wish to return an item, please call us for authorization at:

M-F:  10 am to 5:00 pm

Please request to speak with a manager regarding a return.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Refunds, Exchanges or Replacements:

Valid for products when authorized by management for return.  Products must be in the original packaging and in “resale” condition.  Defective items will be evaluated by management for either a replacement, exchange or return.

Note:  Shipping costs (when applicable) are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or the product/order issue was the result of an error by Experience Olives and Grapes.

Not Returnable for Refund, Exchange or Replacement:  Personalized or Custom Bottles, Individual Components of Gift Baskets, or Product Requests beyond the 30 day return window.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Experience Olives and Grapes  is not responsible for undeliverable or refused shipments by the recipient.  In the event of a returned package to Experience Olives and Grapes, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and work to coordinate a new delivery.  It is, however, the customer’s responsibility to pay for the incremental shipping charges if re-shipment is requested.  If it is unable to be re-shipped, Experience Olives and Grapes will refund the amount of the order, less original shipping costs, to the customer.
